SPECIAL CONDITIONS !RESTRICTIONS
1 . TESC: Owner/contractor shall install erosion and sediment control measures as needed
on-site during construction. Measures shall include but are not limited to installation of silt
fencing and graveled construction entrance. The public right-of-way shall be kept Gean;
tracking of mud and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this
condition will result in-all work on the site being stopped. Temporary soil stabilization must be
applied within seven (7) days to areas disturbed by construction activity and must be
maintained in a satisfactory condition until such time as construction is completed and the
potential far erosion has passed. Once construction is completed, the site must be
permanent{y stabilized through seeding, plantings, sodding, etc. Applicant is responsible for
protection of adjacent properties.
2. PLUMBING: If water pressure exeeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve is required.
3. FRAMING: .36 U-factor required for windows.
4. ROOF FRAMING: Plans indicate rafters, collar ties, ceiling joists, etc. Contractor shall submit
revision to address solution to loading if vertical support beam places point load on window in
bedroom #2.
5. FINAL: No Protest Agreement required prior to final inspection approval by the Public Works

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit alive.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
