SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . TEMP EROSION & SEDIMENT CONT'L: Install TE&SC measures on site during construction
as needed. Measures to include but not limited to gravel construction entrance, fire wash, silt
fencing, sweeping paved surfaces, etc, per Best Management Practices, DOE Stormwater
Management Manual.
FOOTING: Field verify engineer's assumptions for existing footing size.
3. STEMWALL:, Holdowns speed per approved engineered plans for Alternate Braced Wall
Panels and engineered shear walls. Special resteel required in existing stem walls for holdown
anchorage.
4. MECHANICAL: LPG heater or applicances not to be located in pit or basement.

FRAMING: All engineered elements require inspection prior to cover. See approved

3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
