HOURS: Outdoor construction activities on the site shall be limited to the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and prohibited on weekends and national holidays. 2. TESC: Per Hamilton Heights Master Plan and Department of Ecology Best Management Practices. 3. FOOTINGS: Applies to garage/porch only. 4. FOUNDATION: Applies to garage only. 5. SLAB: 4" slab for garage okay; reinforced concrete slab for home requires minimum 4 1/4" slab. 6. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required. ~7. DRAINAGE: All water drains piped to outside shall drain away from home; ground to slope away from home for minimum 5 feet @ 1/2" per foot. 17. FINAL: Pier supports and anchors per manufacturers installation instructions require inspection prior to skirting. 18. FINAUSKIRTING: No holes or gaps greater than 1/4" allowed in skirting. Crawl space ventilation per manufacturer's specs or 11150, located on at least two apposing side to provide for cross ventilation.
