1 . TSEC: See attached Small Parcel Minimum Requriements for Erosion Control.
2. DEMOLITION: Demo disposal shall be made in areas off-site and meeting all qualifications as
set forth by state. local law and other government agencies.
3. FOUNDATION: Inspection required for all elements of Alternate Braced Wall Panels.
4. FRAMING: 1 - Hr. occupancy separation required between dwelling units. Garage/dwelling
occupancy separation required between dwelling units and carport.
5. VAPOR BARRIER: VB required. Choose one of the following methods.
6. FINAL: Check with Building Department for correct method of posting ADU address numbers.
7. FINAL: Smoke Detectors required in new and existing construction per'94 UBC. Inspection of
existing dwelling required.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH 7HE APPROVED PLANS.
