1 . TEMP EROSION & SEDIMENT CONT'L: Install temp eros & sed cont'I measures on site
during construction as needed. Measures to include but not limited to gravel const. entrance,
fire wash, silt fencing, sweeping paved surfaces, etc. per Best Management Practices.
2. FOUNDATION: Turret area at kitchen is engineered. Requires holdowns (Simpson HPA4D22
@ 7 places) and 5/8' A.B.'s @ 3 per wall section.
3. FLOOR FRAMING: Inspection required prior to cover.
4. FRAMING: All engineered elements and ABWP elements require inspection prior to cover.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
