FRAMING: 16" centers required for 2 x 4 wall framing to accomodate T-1-11 siding. Interior braced wall line in open floor plan not required due to combination of small size of building and sheathing installed all walls and roof. Panel grade for siding must be Structural #1 to meet wall bracing requirements. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work. 2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete. 3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy. 4.
