SPECIAL CONDITIONS 1 RESTRICTIONS
1 . Alternate Braced Wall Panels ~ garage end walls and all engineered details require
inspection prior to cover.
2. TESC: Owner/contractor shall install erosion control measures as needed during construction.
Measures may include but are not limited to graveled construction access, covering of exposed
soils, silt fencing, sweeping impervious surfaces, etc.
3. FOUNDATION: See Sheet 2/7, front west wall of house, for holdown (STHDBRJ) locations
and 30" steel angle at corner.
4. SLAB: See Sheet 2/7 for holdown (STHD10) locations and steel angles at garage wall corners.
5. FLOOR FRAMING: 5/6" anchor bolts required for SW1 per engineered plan; see Sheet 3/7 for
shear wall locations.
~. PLUMBING: Pressure reducing valve required if water pressure exceeds 80 psi.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
7. FRAMING: Blacking at panel edges required for all interior and exterior shear walls.
8. FRAMING: See Sheef 1/7 for SW1 nailing, etc. of west front waft of main floor.
9. FRAMING: See Sheet 4/7 for upper floor beam-to-top plate strapping.
10. FRAMING: 4 x 10 porch header speed ~ DF #1.
11 . VAPOR BARRIER: Required; no vapor barrier speed on plans.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
