SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . TESC: Temporary erosion control measures shall be installed on-site during construction as
needed. Measures shall include but are not limited to: graveled construction entrance, tire
wash, silt fencing, sweeping of paved surfaces, etc.
2. FOOTINGS: See page 26 of engineering for ener-grid continuous footing detail and detail of
pad footing located under 2nd-floor beam post, page 10 of engineering for post cap/base
positive connections specs and detail #4, page 6 of plans, for interior load bearing wall footing
detail.
3. FOUNDATION: See pages #16, 18 & 21 of engineering and page 4 of plans for ener-grid
reinforcement details.
~4. FLOOR FRAMING: See page 4 of plans and pages 7, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of engineering for floor
framing details and page 25 of engineering for floor ledger details.
5. PLUMBING: if water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required.
6. FRAMING: See page 9 of plans and pages 4, 5 & 6 of engineering for rafter design and ridge
board connection requirements.
7. FRAMING: See page 23 of engineering for fireplace lintel design requirements.
8. INSULATION: Ener-grid walls insulation comparison: R-36. Framed walls require R-19.
9. DRAINAGE: Approved engineered plan. Call 385-2413 for inspection prior to cover. 48 hours
notice required.
10. FINAL: No-Protest Agreement for improvement of Spruce Street required prior to final
inspection approval.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corcections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
