2. SLAB: Reinforced concrete slab requires minimum 4 1/4" slab.
3. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required.

home. Valve shall be full-flow type (gate or ball valve); minimum 3/4"diameter, freeze
protection required.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS 1 RESTRICTIONS
9. DRAINAGE: All water drains piped to outside shall drain away from home; ground to slope
away from home for minimum 5 feet ~ 1/2" per foot.
10. FINAUSKIRTING: No holes or gaps greater than 1/4" allowed in skirting. Crawl space
ventilation per manufacturer's specs or 11150 located on at least two opposing sides to provide
for cross ventilation. Crawl space access req'd, one (1) per section; minimum 18" x 24".
11 . FINAL: Supports and anchors per manufacturer's installation instructions; ridge beam column
supports to be located directly under columns.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
• 4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call far et least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
