TEMP ERO & SEDM'T CONTL: See approved plans for Best Management Practices per PTMC Engineering Design Standards. May require inspections PRIOR to any constriction. 2. FOUNDATION: See approved engineered pains for holdown type and location. 518" AB's 32" O.C. (3/4" AB's @ 32" O.C. @ P1.4 -see sheet S-1). 3. FLOOR FRAMING: Girder beams are DF #1. 4. VAPOR BARRIER: Vapor barrier certification required. 9. PLUMBING: 1" diameter service lines required per engineer. 10. FINAL: Compliance is required with attached Engineering Design Standard Detail T-16 (Curb Ramps) to provide a landing from the ramp to the sidewalk. 11 . FINAL: Compliance is required with attached Engineering Design Standard Detail T-17 (Driveway Installation). GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work. 2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete. 3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy. 4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have been made by the Building Department within one year.
