SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . FLOOR FRAMING: Inspect floor framing prior to subfloor installation.
2. PLUMBING: Check water pressure. 80 PSI or greater requires pressure reduction valve.
3. MECHANCIAL: Plans indicate installation of propane stove. No requirement for occupant
fresh air or whole house ventilation.
4. FRAMING: See engineered plans for shear wall (SW) locations and nailing and roof rafter
details. Inspection required prior to cover.
5. FRAMING: Revision required for deck details prior to deck construction.
6. FINAL: Smoke detectors per'94 UBC required THROUGHOUT existing construction and
addition. Inspection required.
