1 . Per Planned Unit Development Agreement (PUDA), contractor shall undertake dust control
measures which shall include, but are not limited to : watering of the site, vegetation of
exposed areas, backfilling as soon as possible, and sweeping of impervious surfaces where
soil may be tracked. Chemical dust suppressants may not be used.
2. Outdoor construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8 am to 8 pm Monday through
Friday and prohibited on weekends and national holidays.
3. DRAINAGE: Surface drain to Jackman Street per Master Plan.
4. LANDSCAPING: One street tree planted (~ street side comer. Deciduous shall be a minimum
of two (2) inches in diameter at three (3) feet above ground level; evergreens shall be
minimum of eight (8) feet in height.
5. STREETS: Street development permit required for parking shoulder along Jackman.
PLUMBING: Pressure reduction valve required if water pressure exceeds 80 lbs.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least~one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
