SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . ALL SHEAR WALLS, HOEDOWNS AND ENGINEERED DETAILS REQUIRE INSPECTION
PRIOR TO COVER.
2. TESC: TESL: ApplicanUcontractorsholl install temporary erosion control measures as
required during construction. Measures shall include but are not limited to installation of silt
fencing and graveled construction entrance. The public right-of-way shall be kept clean.
Tracking of mud and debris from the site will not be allowed. Failure to comply with this
condition will result in all work on the site being stopped. Areas disturbed by construction
activity which are not to be covered by permanent impervious surfaces (e.g., parking,
walkways, driveways, porches) shall be landscaped or reseeded within seven days of reaching
final grade. Once construction is completed, the site must be permanently stabilized with
seeding, plantings, sodding, etc. Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties.
See attached details.
3. GROUNDWORK PLUMBING: Radiant floor heat tubing in slab requires test.
4. FOOTINGS: See engineered detail for cantilever retaining wall footing requirements.
5. FOUNDATION: See engineered detail for cantilever retaining wall stemwall requirements.
6. FLOOR FRAMING: Engineered BCI joist plan to be on-site ~ inspection time.
7. PLUMBING: Test required for radiant floor heat tubes in wood floor.
8. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80 psi, pressure reducing valve required.
9. FRAMING: Blocking required at all shear walls per engineered talcs. _
10. FRAMING: Engineered truss plan to be on-site at time of inspection.
11 . INSULATION: R-values speed on plans exceed requirements; req'd: ceiling R-30; floor R-19;
slab R-10; wall R-19.
12. FINAL: Separate mechanical permit required for placement of propane tank and in-ground
piping.
13. FINAL: Call the PW Engineering Office for inspection of infrastructure prior to scheduling your
building final
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made wthin six months, or it no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
