Per Shoreline Exemption LUP97-00011 no further expansions to or additions seaward of this permitted development are allowed without review under the Shoreline Master Program. 2. TESC: See engineered plan. 3. GROUNDWORK PLUMBING: Unfinished basement with slab foundation shows future bathroom. 4. FOOTINGS: See engineered plans for resteel, anchor bolts, etc. FOOTINGS: Front setback variance allows ten-foot front setback. Rear setback is per shoreline exemption i.e., 100 feet from edge of bluff or the average setback of adjacent existing dwellings within 300 on either side, whichever is less. 6. FOUNDATION: See engineered plans. 7. SLAB: See engineered plans for holddown locations, etc. 8. FLOOR FRAMING: BCIs proposed for floor framing. 9. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80# pressure reduction valve required. 1D. FRAMING: Joists, beams and stringers, posts and timbers, speed as #1 per engineered plans. 11 . FRAMING: See engineered plans for shear wall schedule. GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work. 2. Reinspection5 are required after any corrections are complete. 3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy. 4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to keep your building permit active. 5.
