SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . PUBLIC WORKS: 8' parking strip on Garfield Street originally required as a condition of this
permit is deleted as a condition for development of this property due to recent adoption of the
new engineering design standards. Waiver of this requirement is conditional upon applicant's
agreement that parking on the existing paved travel way is not permitted. If applicant chooses
to develop on-street parking at a later date, submittal and approval of a Minor Activities Permit
is required.
2. PLUMBING: Radiant floor heating in slab.
3. FLOOR FRAMING: Floor framing inspection may be done at same time as framing
inspection.
4. PLUMBING: If water pressure exceeds 80#, pressure reduction valve required.
5. PLUMBING: Hydronic baseboards provide second floor heat.
FRAMING: See pages S1 and S2 of plans for location of plywood sheathed braced wall panels
7. FRAMING: Blocking required at horizontal joints for GWB interior braced wall lines.
8. DRYWALL NAILING: Inspection required for GWB interior braced wall panels. See pages S1
and S2 for panel locations.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. ReinspeGions are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
