t . TESC: Applicant shalt submit an engineered erosion control and stormwater drainage plan
prior to framing inspection. In the interim, applicant shall comply with the attached Small
Parcel Minimum Requirements #1-4.
2. FOUNDATION: Engineered hold down schedule shown on foundation plan; location of hold
downs indicated on floor plan.
3. FRAMING: Hold-Harmless Agreement shall be recorded and engineered erosion control and
starmwater drainage plan to be submitted and approved prior to framing inspection per
Shoreline Exemption LUP96-00082.
4 . FRAMING: See engineered shear wall schedule on floor plan. Shear load detail shown on last
page of plans, Typical Section, for interior shear wail located at warkshop/garage.
INSULATION: R-30 floor insulation speed on plans; R-19 required.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical pertnk is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any cortections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. A-t building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
