SPECIAL CONDITIONS I RESTRICTIONS
1. PLUMBING: Applicant shall enlarge entrance to toilet room to provide for accessibility,
Bathroom is not required to be brought into full "banir:rvfree" compliance. Second bathroom is
available for use around side of building.
2. FRAMING: Rear waN in storage area replaces existing doors; framed with 2 x 4 construction
(~ 16" o.c. with 518" drywall; inspection possible from adjoining boat shop space. Occupancy
separation not required between B occupancy and F-1 occupancy less than 2500 square feet.
3. MECHANICAL: Type II Hood
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspedions are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit alive.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
