RECITALS A. The District is the owner of certain real property located in Jefferson County, Washington, as legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference(the"District Property"herein). B. The Parties desire to enter into this Water Easement Agreement for the benefit of the City to allow for water main construction and for the purpose of obtaining water for the District's project on the property. AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,the parties hereto agree as follows: 1.
