Until a complete building permit application is filed, all applications for land use and development permits shall be reviewed subject to any zoning or other land use control ordinances which become effective prior to the date of issuance of a final decision by the city on the application. An application for a building permit shall be considered complete when an application meeting all of the requirements of Section 106.3 of the Uniform Building Code, 1997 Edition, is submitted which is consistent with all then applicable ordinances and laws. Construction documents must be of sufficient detail to show clearly the project in its entirety with emphasis on the following: structural integrity, life safety, architectural barriers (accessibility requirements), compliance with all other codes having jurisdiction and description of scope of work(e.g., tenant improvement, remodel, etc.). I apologize I do not see a"proposed" label. The cabinet is much smaller than the existing equipment The cabinet will be screened by the existing cabinet and the monopole. If you remember, there is no fence around any of the cellular equipment. The existing Water tank facility fence is utilized to the north, and bollards are used to protect the equipment to the south. Is it possible to get the fees required to submit with a $25,000 valuation? I am hoping to submit this project sometime next week. I apologize I do not see a"proposed" label. The cabinet is much smaller than the existing equipment The cabinet will be screened by the existing cabinet and the monopole. If you remember, there is no fence around any of the cellular equipment. The existing Water tank facility fence is utilized to the north, and bollards are used to protect the equipment to the south.
