Chairman Graham called the meeting to order. All Commissioners present,
except L. Tiller and Fred Lester. The minutes, which were mailed, were
corrected.
Wo t/Marsh moved. the Secretary be ,instructed to purchase seven books
entitled "The Job of the Planning Commission. VOTE: yes 4 n
Chairman Graham' s vote made a quorum.

PUBLIC HEARING ON MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE DENSITY UNDER THE R-II ZONE AND
HEIGHT LIMITATION IN THAT ONE.
The hearing was taped. R. French, City Engineer explained and
answered questions regarding this matter. Members of the audience

Hayden. The Commission decided to hold a study session on March 15,
1976, in order to go into this more fully.
APPLICATION NO. 97 - Anthony E , Stroeder, 1730 Bill St.
Request for a rezone from R-I t -III of property located at Eisenbeis
Addition, Blocks 209 and 221, Dots l thru 8 . Marsh/Scott moved
public hearing be set for March 29 , 1976 , VOTE: yes 4 no
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - Jerry Iseman
The Commissioners were furnished with a plan of this PUD and entered
into discussion with R. French, City Engineer and Mr. Ise an. Johnson/
Marsh roved March 29 , 1976, be the date set for a hearing of the
proposed Planned Unit Development Overlay District. VOTE ; yes 4 no 0
K. Wojt passed around a variety of data for the information and con-
sideration of the Commission. These will be more fully examined at
the Study Session on March 15. Del Graham resigned from the Commission
due to business reasons.
