The request for a vaCat .on of a portion of Mood Street, west of Cowles Addition was discussed. It was pointed out that the request was not accompanied by a reason for the request, but apparently this is not necessary, someone said * More discussion followed. A motion by 14'r. Diets 'oto recommend o the Port Townsend City Council that that portion of Hood St. west of Cowles Addition be vacated in favor of R. and A. Dickerson, as requested. Seconded* 3yes, l no A letter will be seat. 2. A letter from the FAA to the Commission concerning the St. Johns Hospital. Heliport was officially read and discussed* No action was necessary. 3. Mr. Miner reviewed a list of possible meeting places for the commission, (Suggested were the library, city hall the fire hall,Court house There has been a difference opinion about the Ft. worden facilities, and theilconvienience. motion to look into the possibilities of the jury room now used by the Jeff. Co. Plann. Commission was seconded and passed unanimous4, Mr. Lester was appointed the Lask of contacting the commissioners and asking their approval , It is hoped the. arrangements will be final before the November meeting.
