Bob Clark gave a ru modown of the oomprehensive report that WI-s par- ed out thru the audience* He stressed tht it is n guideline to public and private development but is a guide only and can be changed and should be totally revie ped every five years. He stated th t the City Council should Gpprove the comprehensive plan either hole or in pant by r sole; on and not by ordinance, 200 copies of the plan will be given to Port Torinsend and all public bodies in city and county, including schools, library, city council, etc, should have a copy.
