PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES&
Chairman Gus Lindquist called the meeting to order in Council
chambers of city Hall and gave credit to Fred Lester for asking
for change meeting place from the Fort City Hall* He introduced members of the Planning Commission t the sizable
audience. He also stated that the regular meeting is held the
last moody of each month but that there would be a special meeting
on Remember 16th when the Comprehensive Plan Report is due from

Mr. Lindquist gags a brief resume of the work of the planning
commission and the 701 Federal. Program from 1962 to the present
time. He also stated that Frod Lester} is on both the City d
County Planning Commissions. He also stated that the Planning
Commission is only advisory to the City Countil and has no power
of its own*

business will go to Bremerton or build their own shopping center if
no choice in Pt-T.
