Those preannt were : Dr,tkhulJian, Mrs•Green Mr•Diet , Mr•Les e , Mr• Copps , Mr•S e !J Mr. m. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. A letter From the Association of Washington Cities was read telling of meeting n Spokane May 15 and 16th. A letter from et s a l Board was read which expressed interest in the Planning Commission program and asking for representative to attend directors meeting May 4th to further explain, Mr. Abraham explained that the Port' s problems involve city problems and that the Port is interested in Planning and would participate financially as much as they could* He stated he doubted the Council would go mu yl more financially th n the $2500.00 budgeted for each year• He gave a talk on the legal aspects of planning, bonding etc, r. Stewart moved that we go back Planning Consultant for a re aseement and renegotiate the Bees for a smaller comprehensive plan. Mr. Diets seconded. Mr. Stuart stated that pudic information is quite necessary to keep the public informed and suggested news articles in papers presentations to service clubs and organizations and a general question and answer meeting. Mr. Abraham suggested having Mr. Becker at next meting when we meet with Mr. Clark on April 22nd. Bills presented were $10*00 for secretarial help and $2.20 telephone calls made by Mrs. Green, Mr.Diets made the motion to pay Stuart seconded. Jean Bradley Secretary.
