Also present eras secretary, Ginger Malkey. Chairman Floyd declared it a. quorum. Jean Ca field skated the reduction process of the Waterfront Study did not work out. The County had the Study set p t be printed an - e trould be 50 for X294 (approx.) and 100 for $35o (approx.). The County Trould like 10 copies from us. rry Dennison moved that this Commssion have printed 100 copies. Jim Campbell seconded the motion and all approved. Chairman Floyd mentioned that the last Thursday of November and Docember came at holiday time and that the meetings be scheduled for Yovember 20 and December 18. Dill Henderson moved that these meetin,as be scheduled for Hlov tuber 20 and December 1.8 as suggested. Iarry Dennison seconded the emotion and all approved. Blocks 4.5.,6., and 111-1 Block 7. i�i Located on the National City Addition Ido. 1, Blocks 4.5.6.1&7* The Commission learned from Mr. Worley that he planned to develop his property over a period of years and gyrated a rezone to broaden the possibilities) but that he had Fort Toymsendl s best interests in hind and was thinking of a green belt along the road. He felt as Port oi-msend grci-r j.t would need more commercial areas and as the mill smoke rendered his property liveable it was good area for c mme rc ial g r o-nth.
