MEMBERS PRESENT, Me�, KILHAM, SMITH, WILEY, HENDERSON, CAMPBELL. DUDLEY WAS EXCUSED. ALSO PRESENT ROGER FRENCH., CITY ENGINEER AND QAVID GOLDSMITH, COUNTY PLANNER. MINUTES FROM THE FEBRUARY 22, I979 MEETING WERE READ AND APPROVED. CORRESPONDENCE: A LETTER WAS RECEIVED FROM OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY ANW4UNCING A MANAGING INTERPERSONAL CONFLICT WORKSHOP TO BE HELD ON MAY 25TH IN BELLEVUE. ANYONE INTERESTED WAS TO CONTACT THE SECRETARY. OLD BUSINESS: PUBLIC NEARING APPLICATION N0. 79D2-OZ LOWELL NASKINS REZONE 2322 WAST WASHING70N BLVD. MARINA DEL REY, CA REQUEST TO REZONE THOSE HALF BLOCKS LYING SOUTH ON BLOCKS 313 AIDED 312 EISENBEIS ADDITION. TAX LOT'S 24 AND 25 FROM R-1 TO P-1. CHAIRMAN SMITH CABLED FOR TESTIMONY FOR THE APPLICATION. ART TICHNER WAS PRESENT TO REPRESENT THE PACIFIC SAILMAKERS. HE TOLD THE CQMMISSION THAT THE APPLICANT WOULD LIKE TO BUILD A TWO STORY STRUCTURE WITH SAILMAKIfVG UPSTAIRS AND OFFICES DOWNSTAIRS. THE APPLICANT FEELS THAT THIS WOULD BE A GOOD BUFFER BETWEEN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA AND TME RESIDENTIAL AREA IN THAT NEIGHBORHOOD. THERE WAS NO TESTIMONY AGAINST THIS APPLICATION.
