Anthony H. d'Argot was In objection as they didn't need anymore noise in the
area and a scholl would be noisy and create more traffic. The place should
become another church or a, medical facility.
Bob Grim stated that he could not see that the school, would be any worse than
its previous use as a church. The request does meet the conditions o 1.
There is liberal parking. There was a meed for a crosswalk to bus access.
Jim Campbell pointed out that In the three years they have been at their present
location there has been no complaints.
Mr. Michel stated it was important to them to be on good tens with their
neighbors and would try to be a000mdating to them.
Bob Grimm moved to recommend approval to the City Council for Application No.
1085-02, a conditional use request as it meets all review criteria with the
conditions that cross walk be made across busy access, appropriate road signs
be added, and that structures if added not obstruct view for traffic.
Peron Ko8ec seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.

Street Vacation Morrison St,, lying between S 20 and Jefferson t. Townsend
Nancy Slater wrote that she saw no problem with the vacation and was In favor o
it.
Jim Campbell said that it was straight forward natural for a. street vacation.
Would never be needed for a street. i
Jim Campbell mored to recommend Application No. 1085-01, a suet vacation,
approved as it meets the zoning ordinance 1625, Alan Carman seconded the
motion and the vote was unanimous,
Jim Tavernakis stated he would like to have asign stating no overnight parking.
