I. Ope ng Business
Chairman Dennison called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.
Members present were Jinn Tave aki's, Nancy Zeppa, Glenn Ison,, Julie McCulloch,,

The Cammission liked the plans.
Mrs. Zeppa pointed out that the turn around eras put in though cvvuassion decided

Chairman Dennison reviewed letter from Jefferson Ti"tle Company describing
legal ownership,, record of taxes paid and etc. for the proposed short plat.
Glenn Ison moved that,- the Commission rvev,=end for-approval, Short Subdivision

of Ordirance 1.80b. Wanda Black seconded the moti*on and it passed unanimously.
III, Workshop Plans/Condominium Ordinance Draft
Mr. Icon suggested as workshop that some ordinances be clarified .
(;hairman Dennison said that plans tyre dor the ctmmssion to go through
all ordinances and make sure cuf=lssiooners have a unified book. Also
at the workshop take care of fi.na3, draft of condomimutn ordinance.
Mrs. ZeDpa said khat she had typed the proposed. requirements far drafty but
would do the standards by the workshop meeting.
Chairman Denison said that he Triould like to get the draft a11. together
• and attempt to complete final draft by regular August meetirgo
Wanda Black moved to continue public hearing on Condominium ordinance Draft
at August 25, 1983 meeting. Glenn Ison seconded the motion and it passed
unanimously,,

Mr, Seton said the streets are narrow and don't go arqwhere. If streets
deft they will be untaken care of and laf vacated future owners would keep
the property up. He washed to sea couple of Sots as one instead of a
bunch of too sma11 fats for a decent building spat.
Mrs. McCulloch explained that the city could not landl ock property and :'Lt
would b e s er t o exit on alleyway instead of Da.saovery Road.

Mr. Seton stated he could not spend the money and tune needed to repi-t.
Mr. Seton was told that unimproved streets could be used except to build on.

Mrs. McCulloch Stated that if Mr. Seton has a plan tyre could see and

Mr. Taverimkis moved to fable Street Vacation Application No. 6$3-Ottuntil

Zeppa seconded the motion and the note was unanimous.

Chairman Denni'son- stated that- at the workshop he would like to get
