Glem Isar moved that the minutes of May 26, 1983 be approved as written.
Janda Black seconded the motion and the vote was iinanimous.
II. Condominium Ordinance Draft
The review comml*ttee met twl*ce and presented a at of suggested changes.
Mrs. Zeppa stated b rie f ly that the suggestions ine lude d some om:Ls s ions jo
deleting other parts and wording changes in a mimbe r of places.
The commission went qu=3.ckly through a member of different draft sections
clarifying wordin,g.
Mrs. Zeppa said she still could not see why there had to be a separate
c ondomin i*um ordinance when it could b e a part of the multimfwai:Ly dwellJiig
ordinance.
Chaillan Dennison stated that the multi-fami.�y ordinance was currer��}r used
byexisti�n� zoning, butithassuiserious gaps far so were
still looking at a separate or nance.
The suggested changes were to be typed out and gone over with Planning
Consultant, John Flayd to come up with a final draft to present to the Council.

Chairman Denn is on suggested t o Mr. Grant Alen that he should get the' Public
Warks Director to help hin work out a vacl*nity map,,
Julie McCulaoch moved to give Summary Approval to Short Subdivision Application
No. 6$3-02 as it meets the c riteria set forth i.n the subdivision ordinance.
Glenn Ison seconded the motion and the vote was un imous.
