It was pointed out by Mr. Floyd that Lots would be 3 times the size of permitted lots in the area and twice the size for subdivisions. Mr. Floyd stated that applicant was not asking for 29th Street as an access, though platted lots were along this section of 29th Street, but planned to develop towards Hastings Ave. Mr. Floyd memo t 3 the commission was rev:Lewed by the commissioners. A fire hydrant must be installed, at no expense to the city, at the intersection to 29th Street and Jackman Street; location and engineering standards subject to approval by the Nblic Works Director. IV* Application No. 483-02 John and Donna Jean Puliz Rezone (R-1 to C-2) 1108 aims Way X30 Port Townsend There was a question whether non-conforming use was applied to whole property and the City Attorney needs to be consulted. Wanda Black moved to table Application No. 483-02 until June 30 so City Attorney can rule on it. Jim Campbell seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. V.
