Vice-Chairman Dennison called the meeting t o order at 7:30 P.M.
Members present were Larry Dennison, Judie McGullochl, Jim Campbell, Jean
Camfleld, B111 Henderson and TATanda Black. Also present iias City Engineer
Roger French.
Jean Camfield moved that the minutes be approved as written. Julie Mc Culloch
seconded the motion and it passed unani"mousiyo
Public Hearings set up for the March 25,, 19$2 meeting were Application
Number 182-02, E. Fetty', and Application liumber 282-01 R. Smith.

like to hear from the Fi*m and Emergency Service Department to hear what
exactly they meant by their comments.

Port Townsend, Wa.
Mr. Uare passed out sur--v--y drawings showing the 100 foot turn-around that
the commission had requested.
Mr. Dennison had looked at drainage maps and found that there would be
no problem with this properly concerning drainage.
• Mr. French asked about maintenance of the access. Mrare said the
property owners would jointly maintain the access (the ones who used it).
Mr. Ware told the coission how the sewer line would be constructed to have
a slope.

Jim Campbell moved to recul end approval to Atte City Gounc1*1 Application
• Number x.0f1-Ol as it meets the cz�.teria in City Ordinance 1806, Section
3.210. B*11 Henderson seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
Addendum added to recommend to Counei'l that access road be mntained
by propeX--1Uy owners.
IV. Application N-umber x.51-03 Joseph B. & D. Lynn Fleming
Shoat Subdivision 733 Willow
Port Townsend, Wa.
A revised application submitted because part of the property had to treated
as one tax lot instead of two.
John Raymond stated he owns tax lot 1St and thePropertty appears suitable for
residential development. He was in favor of phis short plat.
Peter Steele talked with Mr. Dennison and stated his notice did` not come and
if they had not been mailed out to please table until next month. They
had been mailed out.
The commission -were concerned about access and tu -around space for
emergency vehicles.
Mr. Dennison stated he had talked to Mr. Del-tlolf and he stated access onto
tat 4 was on a 21 ; slope. He said this would mean a very high construction
• tiost and excessive amount of excavation, The road access mould have a certain
amount of run off problem. It could create a problem for properly down hi'll

The cuffu ssion discussed varl'ous possible access solutions. One suggestion
being coming across north side of lot 2 and then accross south side of ].ate
3 and 4 down existi*ng easement.
On reviewing application., it was noticed that it requires a storm drainage
plan and a street profile and grade. The latter being changed to access
road and prof ile. The slope was D�i�rp��t9 main concern.

until a storm drainage plan and an access road profaLle and grade is provided.
Wanda Black seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
