. Stroder told the commission that there was 'need for one bedroom apartment
units and felt this property was ideal to meet the need. He stated that they wanted
' to be able to put more than duplexes on the property. lnd under present zoning that

available -that would'-be close to transit service,,shopping and. etc. He said he
