1. Contractors wonting on this project are required to Gave a Libor ~@ Industries contractor's redstration
number and a ~'tY business fioense. Failure to provi~ proof of this documentation prior to work may
result in job shut down w6i7e this is acrnmplished.
2. It temporary erosion and sediment control (TESC) measures are required, they shs- be installed oo-site
and inspected prior to beEhmmiog construction; can 385-2294. Measures shall include instaDation of sit
fencing and graveled construction entrance (see attached details). Adjacent rights-o~way shall be kept
free of dirt debris. Sods ezposed during construction shall be temporarily stabilized with mulching,
plastic sheeting, etc. Soils shall be permanently stab~7oed with seeding, Plantings, sodding, eta once
construction is complete. Applicant is responsible for protection of adl'scent properties.
3. All dements of engineering including roiling, holdowns, sheathing, and alternate braced wall panels
(ABWP) require inspection prior to cover.
4. Owner or owner's agent. shall review and oversee correction of any and all deficiencies noted by required
inspections.
5. Re-inspection is required after inspection report corrections are wmpleted.
6. The Building Department is unable to pass final inspection on your project until Public Works
requirements have been completed and inspected. For Public Works inspection ca11385-2294. A
7. Fiamal Inspections are required prior to occupancy; a Certificate of Occupancy is required for a noo-
residential project
8. All building permits expire if ao progress bas been made within sa months, or if no inspections are done
by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to keep your
building permit actives
9. Revisions require submittal & approval prior to making changes in the field. Coronet the Building
Department Q 379-3208 prior to making changes to the approved plans.
10. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
