GENERAI,CONDITIONS
1. Contractors working on this project are required to have a Labor & Industries contractor's rel!istration
number lIIId a City business license. F8ilure to provide proof of this documentation prior to work may
result in job shut doWD while this is accomplished.
2. Temporary erosion lIIId sediment control (TESC) measures shaD be instaUed on-site and inspected prior
to be&inning construction; caD 385-2294. Measures shaD include instaUation of silt fencing and &raveled
construction entran<< (see attaclled detaiJs). Adjacent rights-of-way shaD be kept free of dirt debris. Soils
exposed during construction shall be temporarily stabnized with mulching, plastic sheetina, ete. Soils
shaD be permanent1y stabRized with seeding, plantings, sodding, ete. once construction is complete.
Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties.
3. AU e1ements of engineering including nlIiIine, holdowns, sheathing, and alternate braced waD panels
(ABWP) require inspection prior to cover.
4. Owner or oWDer's agent shaD review and oversee correction of any and aD deficiencies noted by required
inspections.
5. Re-inspection is required after inspection report corrections are completed.
6. The BuDdinC Department is unable to pass final inspection on your project untn Public Works .
requirements have been comp1eted and inspected. For Public Works inspection caD 385-2294. A
minimum of twentv-four hours notice is reauired. Public Works anDroval must be received nrior to
schednlinl! the Buildinl! Denartment's final insoection.
7. Final Inspections are required prior to occupancy; A Certificate of Occupancy is required for a non-
residential project.
8. All buDding permits expire if no pro&ress has been made within sa months, or if no inspections are done
by the BuDding Department within one year. CaD for at least one inspection per year to keep your
buDding permit active.
9. Revisions require submittal and approval m:in to making chances in the field. Contact the BuDding
Department (379-3208) prior to makina chanJ1e8 to the approved plans.
10. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
