GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Contractors working en this project are required to Gave a Labor 8c Industries contraMor's
reeistration mm~ber and a City business license. Fa~7ure to provide proof of this documentation prior to
work may result in job shut down while this is accomplished.
2. Temporary erosion and sediment control (TESC7 measures shall be installed on-site and inspected
prior to begiming eoastruction; caD 385-2294. Measures shall iudude installation of silt fencing and
graveled construction entrance (see attached deta~7s). Adjacent rights-of way stall be kept free of dirt
and debrss. Soils ezposed during construction shall be temporarily stabilized with mulching, plastic
sheeting, etc. So~7s shah be permanently stabilized with seeding, Plantings, sodding, eta once
construction is complete. Applicant is responsible for protection of adjacent properties.
3. All elements of engineering including nailing, holdowns, sheathing, and alternate braced wall pane
(ABWP) require inspection prior to cover.
4. Owner or owner's agent shall review and oversee correction of any and all deficiencies noted by
required inspections.
5. Re•inspectlon is required after any corrections are completed.
6. The Building Department is unable to pass final inspection on your project until Public Works
requirements have been completed and inspected. For Public Works inspection ca11385-2294; a
minimum of twenty-four boon noticeu required. Public Works approval must be received prior to
scheduling the Building Department's 5na1 inspection
7. Final Inspections and Certificate of Occupancy are required PRIOR to occupancy.
8. All bu0ding permit eipire if no progress has been made within sa months, or if no inspections are
done by the Budding Department within one year. Call for at keel one inspection per year to keep
your building permit olive.
