FRAMING/FINAL
2 ft. x 3 ft. oval sand-blasted sign attached to iron
bracket by stainless steel hooks secured into iron
band around the sign. Iron bracket secured to post
by eight (8) stainless steel 3/8" x 3" bolts. Post
composed of steel pipe wrapped with 2" x 12" x
18" rectangulaz colmmn encased in sheetrock
surrounded by 2" x 12" wood backing, strapped to
column. Total weight of sign (27 pounds) and iron
work is 77 pounds. See attached drawing for

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Owner or owner's agent shall review and oversee correction of any and all deficiencies noted by required
inspections.
2. Re-inspection is required after sny corrections are completed.
3. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within siz months, or if no inspections are done
by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to keep your
building permit active.
4. Revisions to the approved plans require submittal and approval prior to making changes in the field.
