SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . See enviromental conditions 1) - 5) of ESA Permit Exemption dated 10-18-96. Install silt
screen per condition 2) and inspected by City prior to excavation.
2. -No excavation spoil allowed on slope. To be loaded within building or removed from site.
-Foundation and pier inspection by Site Engineer and City prior to concrete pouring.
-Vegetation disturbed by foundation construction to be replaced with native plants.
3. Plumbing contractor to check water pressure. If water pressure is over 80 PSI, a pressure
reduction valve is required.
4. WSEC allows 1 watt/sq ft of building floor space without any insulation requirements. This
building has 1657 sq ft allowing 1657 watts of electric heat. If this option is ultilized, a letter of
certification from electrical contractor stating compliance with the above is required.
5. Roof storm water to be directed to the existing cistern per site plan. Inspection prior of cover of
any element required.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
