SPECIAL CONDITIONS 1 RESTRICTIONS
1 . Demolition materials to be disposed of in areas off-site meeting all qualifications as set forth by
state law, local law and other government agencies.
2. North side footings are 8" x 16"; remainder of footings are 6" x 12".
3. -North side stem wall is 8" thick; remainder of stem walls are 6" thick. -Single Alternate
Braced Wa0 Panel at kitchen. Header not required to extend through panel. See plans.
4. Plumbing Inspection: -Pressure reduction valve may be required--check water pressure.
-Have drain-waste-vent water charged with minimum 10' head pressure for minimum 15
minutes prior to inspection. -Have water piping (hot and cold) pressurized with 50 lbs. psi air or
water pressure for minimum 15 minutes prior to inspection. -Have gas piping air pressurized to
10 lbs. psi for 15 minutes prior to inspection. -NOTE: All guages necessary for conducting
tests to be furnished by permit holder.
-See plans far Aternate Braced Wall Panel in kitchen. Requires inspection prior to cover of
any of the construction elements. -Wall ports required in Kitchen antl Bedroom only.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required priorto occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit active.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
