1 . INSULATION: Exterior framing cavities (floors, walls or ceiling) which are exposed during
construction are required to be insulated and also have a Vapor Barrier. Plan for proposed
restroom wall indicates R-19 in ceiling and walls.
2. TESC: If erosion and/or sediment control become a problem during outside construction
activities, applicant shall immediately implement Best Management Practices inducting but not
limited to graveled constriction entrance, fire wash and sweeping of paved surtaces.
3. fOOTINGS: Partial new foundation at JFK Building #246- see page 2 of plans.
4. FOUNDATON: Partial new foundation at JFK Building #248 -see page 2 of plans.
5. FINAL: Relocation of existing fire alarm requires Fire Department inspection and approval.
