3. See architect stamped plans for wall bracing reuirements. All elements require inspection prior
to cover. Advanced framing required in STUDIO for WSEC Chapter 5 heat loss calcs.
4. Studio: floor - R-38; wall - R-21; roof - R-62 (fill rafter cavity with rigid insulation; no ventilation
required; advanced roof framing req'd). Guest Room: floor- R-25; walls- R-11 & R-19; ceiling
