SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
2. Pedestrian protection is required for work which impedes and/or endangers pedestrian or
vechile R.O.W. movement. Call for inspection of pedestrian protection measures prior to any
work.
3. Inspect new curb at new front wall for horizontal resteel and C poxied anchor hogs.
4. Check furnace room for combustion air requirements.
5. Fresh air requirements accomplished by openings in building per UBC.
6. Steel moment resisting frame requires a Special Inspection per UBC 1701.5.5.1 & 2. Inspector
to be listed in curcent WABO Special Inspection Agency and Inspector Resister, Ed. 96-02,
July 1, 1996.
7. See Engineered plans for plywood nailing on roof sheathing.
8. See engineered knee brace connections for parapet.
9. Barrier Free parking sign at building comer on front of building in addition to sign at parking
space per WAC 51-30.
~NERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corcections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made within six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit alive.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
