SPECIAL CONDITIONS /RESTRICTIONS
1 . Prior to any construction per engineered drainage plan: 1. Create 50' construction access
ramp with 4" (min.) quarry spalls leading to 24th Street. All traffic is to use this access. 2.
Stormwater detention basin must be constructed prior to clearing and grubbing and will serve
as a siltation basin during construction. Provide field verification of infiltration capacity used in
design calcs for infiltration basin. Perform test at location of detention basin. 3. Swale to
detention basin constructed prior to building activity. All runoff to detention basin via this
Swale. Note straw bale barrier requirement in Swale. INSPECTION REQUIRED FOR ABOVE
REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TOANY CONSTRUCTION.
2. Separate permit required for Manual Fire Alarm System.
3. Test concrete for slump and strength (7 & 28 day breaks) by WABO certified special inspector~~- j i
listed is WABO Register, Ed: 96-02, July 1, 1996. Copy of test results to Port Townsend L ~' ~ 2i (v q~
Building Department. Any deficiencies requiring correction are the responsibility of the owner
or owner's agent.
4. Walls are ENER-GRID Wall System. See engineering for resteel placement, lintel design and
top plate connections.
5. Prior to Mechancial inspection complete and submit as revision NREC requirements re: HVAC
& WSVIAQ.
6. Truss plan to be submitted as revision prior to Framing inspection for Building Department
approval.
7. Prior to Framing inspection, submit details of required landscape buffers at parking lot
perimeter.
8. Prior to Final Drainage Inspection: Upon completion of final site grading and placing of gravel
paving, the detention basin shall be re-excavated to remove all silt and debris. Re-excavation
shall be to approximately 3" below final grade to allow placement of 3" topsoil prior to final
hydroseeding. Inspection required.
9. Post occupant load per UBC.
10 . Interior lighting is perscriptive path per NREC.
