1 . Demolition of existing structure: Demo matedals to be dispersed off-site at approved locations
complying wRh local and state law and other $ovY agencies.
2. Footings: See engineered plans.
3. Foundation: See engineered plans.
4. Plumbing: Trap seal protection not required if floor drains are not connected to bulldog sewer.
5. Framing: See engineered plans. B' x 8' D.F. posts to be #1. Check eng'd braced wall panel
nailing. Check all holdown connections. Nonres. Energy Code U Values: Vert. glazing - .6 U
value (min.); Overhead glazing - 1.30 U value (min.); Vert 8 OH glazing Solar Heat Gain
Coefficient(SHGC) - .65 U value (min.).
6 . Drywall: Wall and ceiling covering speed as T.K. cedar.
~NERAL CONDITIONS
1. A separate electrical permit is required for any electrical work.
2. Reinspections are required after any corrections are complete.
3. Final Inspections and approvals are required prior to occupancy.
4. All building permits expire if no progress has been made wthin six months, or if no inspections have
been made by the Building Department within one year. Call for at least one inspection per year to
keep your building permit alive.
5. POST THIS PERMIT ON-SITE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS.
