Topic Motions/Recommendation/Action
Approval of Minutes: December 16, 2014 Unanimous approval of minutes with minor
amendments.
HPC14-041 The Clam Cannery application for alteration of the SE corner of The committee unanimously approved the
second floor and roof to create a 70 square foot deck: The committee noted that application and added approval to create a

The committee discussed funding and education options for owners of historic
properties in need of repair. It was proposed that police volunteers could make note of
buildings in need during their patrols around town.
Marsha Moratti noted that the Lincoln Building had been nominated by the Historical
Society for the State's list of most endangered buildings.
Charles Paul updated the committee on the search for a seventh member.
