Topic Motions/Recommendation/Action
Approval of Minutes: March 3, 2015 Unanimous approval.
Appearance of Fairness: Marsha Moratti was elected Chair pro-tem for the Jefferson
Community School item which Richard Berg was involved with.
The committee viewed a training video on the Open Public Meetings Act.
Jordan Eades and Matt Wallace of Hope Roofing presented roofing samples from The committee unanimously approved the

Marsha Moratti noted that the Lincoln Building has been added to the Washington
Trust's 10 Most Endangered Buildings list.
