Topic Motions/Recommendation/Action
Approval of Minutes: October 20, 2015 Unanimous approval with typographical
revisions.
Appearance of Fairness: Cate Comerford recused herself from the discussion of
HPC15-030.
HPC15-030 Fowler House Rehabilitation: Jeff Roy and Michelle Sandoval The Committee unanimously voted to
presented an application to reposition the existing home and cold storage shed and recommend approval of the proposed massing

future.
Future rehabilitation items include restoring railing, repositioning doors and replacing

Public Comment: George Randels and Margaret Lee expressed support for the
proposal.
Amy Dahlberg asked the Committee for guidance on a future application for
emergency exit stairs to be added to the Sail Loft Building.
Charlie Paul initiated a discussion on endangered buildings. The Committee
discussed the potential of monthly study sessions and avenues for communicating
with the public. Lance Bailey updated the Committee on the potential for a code
enforcement position in the City.
