Even numbered addresses are only allowed to water on even numbered days and odd numbered addresses may only water on odd numbered days. Drought Response Plan details are available at https://weblink.cityofpt.us/weblink/0/doc/118749/Page1.aspx City water use averaged 965,343 gallons per day over the past seven days, 82,788 gallons more than the previous week. While municipal water consumption peaked over the weekend during the Wooden Boat Festival, usage over the past week dropped to its lowest point since late April. Lords Lake is at 25’ 1”’ today, with approximately 350 million gallons remaining in the reservoir. River diversions are supplying 6.3 million gallons of water today. Water conservation tip of the week: Insulate the hot water pipes in your home. Pre-slit foam insulation is inexpensive and available at most hardware and home improvement stores. By insulating your pipes, you can reduce the amount of water wasted down the drain while waiting for warm water.
