This agreement shall be binding upon the Owner, Owner's successors and assigns, and personal representatives, and the easement is acknowledged and declared to be a covenant running with the above-mentioned land. GRANTOR reserves the right to connect roof drains only from buildings located on GRANTOR'S property to GRANTEE's storm drains located within the easement. All cost of connection shall be borne by GRANTOR.
