County-Wide Growth '. �j • Providing Public Facilities & Services Within the City's Financial Resources Why an--Update? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------(0 ,�)----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • GMA requires periodic review of the plan and development regulations • Consistent with relevant changes in the GMA • Respond to changes in land use and population growth. • At least once every eight years (June 2016) • Miss it and there are immediate financial consequences- ineligible to receive funds from the Public Works Trust Fund or the Centennial Clean Water account or to receive preference for other state grants and loans.
